Another year gone...wow!
Mr. K and I sipped the sparkling cider I picked up at the supermarket and I made him promise me that next year we were going to have wonderful pink champagne! I was never a big drinker but now I do love the occasional cocktail, and since it will still be a while til I can have a nice alcohol laden drink, I dream of pink champagne next NYE.
Resolutions
1. Eat healthy...easier said than done as a working mom, but I am finally done with grad school so I think I can do it.
2. Stay at my post birth weight. After I had my first son, I was actually pretty healthy and lost all of my prepregnancy weight rapidly (thank you breastfeeding). I was 10 lbs less than before I got pregnant. I am hoping that this time I can actually keep that weight off. Instead of this pregnancy being 10 lbs up from my last prepregnancy weight.
3. Take care of myself...I don't really take time to make myself feel pretty very often. And I would really like to change that for myself and for Mr. K
4. Be an awesome mom! I get way overwhelmed sometime, and I am really dreading this summer already being home all day by myself with 2 little boys, but I hope this time around I can try and combat that feeling with good support and a little experience.
5. Not Sweat the Small Stuff...another that is easier said than done. I am a worrier and think of how the worst case senario could happen 5 different ways. This year I would like to be a little less of a worrier.
Hope 2013 is a wonderful year!
