Honestly, I always beg my OB to give me a ultrasound request when we go for our 8 week appointment. I run all the worst case senarios in my head from multiple pregnancies to missed miscarriages and have to have confirmation that I am indeed pregnant and that my little blueberry is alive and well.
So we went away for a long weekend and finally had our ultrasound!
Here is the little one. The baby was moving all over the place. Arms and legs were rotating. I turned to Mr. K and said we may be in big trouble with the baby already so active.
I'm thinking its a boy, Mr. K is going with girl, so I guess we shall just wait and see.
Our next ultrasound is at 12 weeks for the NT scans. Some people opt out of this because they don't want to know if their baby has down syndrome or another trisomy syndrome. Personally I want to know, I want all the doctors in the delivery room if something is wrong, and I really want another ULTRASOUND!!
In other news, my morning or evening sickness has improved. I still feel sick sometimes but it fewer and farther between. And I also find its a little more manageable. I am not sitting on the couch all day barely able to make Ben's lunch.
Hopefully, this continues!!
